PARKING: Be aware that Western Disposal needs full access to their dumpsters in order to remove your trash. Always park so that there is enough room for the large dump trucks to maneuver around. PLEASE NOTE: your vehicle could be subject to towing at your expense if Western cannot dump your trash.
PAYMENTS: Our old website payment method is no longer an option! Please check your email for the activation link to the new system for online payments. Feel free to call us for assistance.
PRELEASING: We’re already over 80% preleased for this August!! If you plan to renew your lease and have not already signed the new lease, please contact us ASAP to make arrangements. If you do not sign a lease your unit will be leased to a new tenant for fall.
- STAY OFF YOUR ROOF! Any damage incurred by tenants on roof will be billed back directly to you!
- NO UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE outside (per City of Boulder ordinance), please!
- LEAKY GUTTERS? DOWN FENCES? GRAFITTI? Please let us know!
- GRILLS – please abide by Boulder City laws – NO GRILLS ON DECKS, PATIOS OR

SUBLETTING: If you are planning on subletting your unit for the summer, please let us know as soon as possible at (303) 473-9559. You are still responsible for finding your sub-tenant, however, we may know someone looking for a summer situation that could fit your needs!
PAY ONLINE WITH YOUR CHECK OR MOST MAJOR CREDIT CARDS!
Please read the disclosures, as fees may apply. Our new system allows you to pay from your tenant portal. If you have not received an email to log on to the new tenant portal, please contact BPM for assistance. Paying with your checking account is now FREE on your portal, and using a debit or credit card will incur fees, which are disclosed to you when you log on to your portal, based on your rent amount. The online debit and credit card fees will be charged to your card when you accept the terms, and the fees will be withheld from the amount that is passed thru to your tenant ledger.
Just a reminder……PAYING WITH YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT IS NOW FREE!!!! **** When you use your tenant online portal.
The prior online system will no longer be tied to your ledger, and any payments made on the old system will be manually transferred to the new system, which may take several days, so please pay using your new portal!! The fees associated with the old system will also be carrying a larger fee for use from now on, which will be added to your tenant ledger should you use the incorrect online payment method. Please contact the accounting department should you have any questions relating to your online payments.
