Pre-Leasing 2017-2018 Information


Fall Pre-leasing Begins December 5th

Thank you for your interest in pre-leasing with Boulder Property Management! We’re delighted that you’ve chosen B.P.M. for your housing needs for the August 2017- 2018 leasing term. Here are some important dates and general information about pre-leasing.
* November 1st – Available properties and rental rates are view able on the website under the “Pre-Leasing” tab and in our office (rents are subject to change until November 11th, 2016)
* November 3rd – First day of Lofts on College showings.
* December 1st – First day to schedule a showing for the rest of BPM’s portfolio

How to Schedule a Showing:
Step 1: A really great way to get a head start on this process is to narrow down your search to your top 3 choices by visiting our website www.bpmco.com or by stopping by the office. Projected rental rates for the August 2017-2018 year will reflect on the website as of November 1st, 2016, however, they are subject to change until November 11th 2016.
Step 2: Call our office at (303)473-9559 as early as Thursday, December 1st, 2016 to schedule a showing.
Is there a way to secure or lease a property before December 5th?
If you know that the current residents of a BPM property are not renewing, you can have them sign a “Waiving Right of Lease Renewal” form. This form relinquishes the current tenant’s right to renew on said property. We will not accept waivers until after our prices are posted on November 1st.
It needs to be signed by ALL CURRENT TENANTS. If you are able to successfully procure a waiver form, we can begin the leasing process.
How to secure a property:
Step 1: Take the unit off the market by putting down a hold at our office ($100 per bedroom, applied towards security deposit, check or cash).
Step 2: A lease signing appointment is set up within 48 hours providing the proper qualifications are met. It is up to the current tenants to decide if they would like to sign the Waiving Right of Lease Renewal form. Please be respectful of our tenant’s space and privacy as if you were the tenants on the other side of the door. After all, you are hoping to be just that!
