Kathryn Ward

With an extensive background in customer service, we were pleased to welcome Kathryn to the BPM team in the fall of 2021 as our leasing administrative assistant and as of recently has graduated to our newest Associate Broker!

Born in the Great White North (Upper Peninsula of Michigan), Kathryn moved to Steamboat Colorado in 2017 and eventually made her way to the Front Range.  She is excited to continue her education and expand her career within the property management and real estate industries.

During the winter months you can find her tucked in the mountains somewhere with her snowboard in tow and in the summer months down by a reservoir or swimming in a creek with her golden retriever Bucket and her one-eyed Aussie mix Wilson!
