Minimizing Flood Damage in Your Rental Property

In order to minimize damage from flooding, you will find a water supply shutoff valve underneath your kitchen sink, behind your toilet, and also underneath your bathroom vanity sink. 

What you’ll want to do is locate those valves. There’s a hot and a cold valve. You will turn both of those clockwise until they’re completely shut off. This minimizes the damages until we respond to your call.
